Explaining how the name of the event was created, the creative director of I.N Official and VVS Lagos, Ifeanyi Nwune, said, “Gidi Blinders draws inspiration from the Peaky Blinders series and our event’s location, Lagos, fondly known as Lasgidi. The characters in Peaky Blinders embody boldness, an audacious spirit, and impeccable sophistication—qualities that align perfectly with our legacy of pushing boundaries and commitment to timeless fashion. This theme allowed us to celebrate Lagos’ vibrant energy while infusing it with a touch of classic elegance for a truly unforgettable Christmas celebration.”
On how the curated the premium experiences, Nwune added, “With the fantastic team at Imagination Agency, we partnered with a beautiful new waterfront location called Loki Lagos to ensure guests had a premium experience.
